I prepare Bolivian Llajwa- a type of spicy salsa made from red onions, tomatoes, peppers, and fresh herbs- and serve it to the audience.

The audience is also encouraged to take one of the tiny bottles containing seeds from my quilquiña plant- and herb which goes into the llajwa I am preparing.
